This is a ritual I perform pretty often to help me visualize my emotional and mental state. It's quick and calming and makes sense to me. I hope you can make use of it too.

Perform this ritual whenever you desire, to warm yourself or to check on your well-being. Your flame may change throughout your life, even throughout the day. Find your way to summon it and do so when needed.
